Biography: Pam Gully – Founder and Managing Director of Charterhouse Counselling Ltd. Born in Belfast in 1955, Pam Gully graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 1976 with a degree in Psychology. She worked with clients who presented with challenging behaviour before undertaking further training as a counsellor in 1996.
In 1999, having completed her advanced diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, Pam set up Charterhouse Counselling in 2000 and incorporated the business in 2006. Pam is a senior accredited counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a member of Hampshire Association for counselling and Psychotherapy.
Pam has worked with clients of all backgrounds from 7 to 86 years old but her areas of particular expertise are:
- Designing corporate solutions for employee performance optimisation
- Anger management
- Working with teenagers
- Risk assessments of serious offenders
