Counselling offers support, and acts as a release valve. It gives you an opportunity to discuss and explore anything you wish. Anger Management
Is a six session programme, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Stress Management
Is an individually-tailored CBT programme, giving you the tools to reduce - and then prevent - stress overload.
Anxiety Management
Helps you recognise your triggers and prevent your anxiety from becoming overwhelming. You will learn the techniques to calm your mind and maintain control.
Hypnotherapy
Is provided by our registered hypnotherapy practitioner, offering you the opportunity to remove unconscious blocks, e.g. deep fears of unknown origin. There is a ‘stop smoking’ session available.
